Based on CDC recommendations, all thread offices statewide are physically closed to the public until further notice. However, thread is open for business and will be providing all services via telephone and/or through distance delivery.
If your child care program is closed, we encourage you to stay home and avoid placing your children in alternate care, if possible. We also understand every family has a unique situation. If you need assistance with child care referrals, contact us at 800.278.3723 between 9 am and 5 pm, or use our online search tool. We can provide you with the latest information on which programs are open and have vacancies.

Do you have extra supplies such as diapers, gloves, bleach, toilet paper, baby wipes, or hand sanitizer? Here’s an easy way to help! If your child care
program is open, please check to see if your program needs any supplies to ensure it can meet health & safety requirements.
