Northern/Interior and Southeast Alaska
thread administers the State of Alaska Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) for the CCAP Northern and Southeast service delivery areas. The CCAP, also known in Alaska as Parents Achieving Self-Sufficiency (PASS), helps eligible families pay for child care.
You may be eligible if you:
- Work or attend a job training or educational program
- Have children who are younger than 13 years of age who need child care
- Financially qualify based on your family size and gross income
- Select a child care provider participating in the CCAP
