Awards can be expected to be received between now and June 30, 2024. Grant amounts will be based on licensed capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the Focus on Child Care grant formula includes a differential based on cost of living in different communities in Alaska. With this multiplier, you can expect to receive between $654.08 to $746.06 per child based on your community\u2019s location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More information on the Focus on Child Care grant can be found on the <strong>thread <\/strong>website:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.threadalaska.org\/thread\/educators-and-programs\/early-education-programs\/grants\/focus24\/focus24-faq\/\">Focus Grant FAQs<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We would like to invite providers statewide to participate in a town hall meeting on Tuesday, April 30, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Purpose of the meeting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide updates related to grant funding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be available to answer questions and hear your feedback<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To encourage participation, we will be holding two separate meeting opportunities: one at 11 AM on Tuesday, April 30, and the other at 6 PM on April 30.
