September is National Preparedness Month, hosted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency\u2019s (FEMA) Ready Campaign, which promotes family and community
\ndisaster and emergency planning throughout the year. The 2019 theme is “Prepared, Not Scared.”<\/p>\n
\u201cPrepared, Not Scared\u201d encourages parents, teachers, and early childhood educators to teach our youth what to do when a crisis occurs, and how to take
\npreparedness actions together.<\/p>\n
