Power to the Profession<\/a> is a national initiative committed to The Power to the Profession Task Force, made up of 15 national organizations, including the National Association for the Education of Young Children, regularly The theory behind Power to the Profession is this: Early childhood educators and stakeholders must agree on some clear elements that advance the profession. Thanks to your feedback last year, the final draft recommendations from the Power to the Profession Task Force, Decision Cycles 7+8<\/span><\/a> are now available!<\/p>\n
\ncreating a framework for those working in early childhood education by diving into areas such as:<\/p>\n\n
\nengages with early childhood professionals to gain consensus on how to best advance the profession.<\/p>\n
\nTo facilitate this collaboration, the task force has developed eight decision cycles<\/strong> where information is presented to the field for
