Act"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"blog_content\">\n<p>\n\tToday Senator Bob Casey (D-Pa.) along with Representatives Joseph Crowley (D-N.Y.) and Lois Frankel (D-Fla.) announced plans to introduce new legislation to help more families afford high-quality child care. The Child Care Access to Resources for Early-learning Act (Child C.A.R.E. Act) would provide $25 billion to boost the Child Care Development Block Grant.
