JOB SUMMARY: Operation management of assigned Head Start sites; leading a team of coordinators in the provision of services and training; providing technical assistance to assigned sites; and, acting as liaison with Parent Committees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This position is 43 weeks per year, from August 1st thru the end of May. The salary amount is based on a work schedule of 43 weeks per year. Summer work may be available as funding permits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.\u00a0 Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
TRAVEL:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Travel is primarily local during the business day. Frequent travel to and within rural Alaskan communities by small plane and alternate ground transportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
