We are searching for a skilled leader to become our first Chief Operations and Finance Officer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our first COFO will work hand-in-hand with the CEO to advance the organization\u2019s critical purpose: To clear the path to each child\u2019s brightest future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With direct responsibility for the oversight and management of the general operations of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Alaska and its revenue earning branch, the Big Brothers Big Sisters Donation Center, the Chief Operations and Finance Officer will oversee a period of significant operational growth, developing and improving systems to support operational capacity, efficiencies and preparing for future growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We seek candidates who share our belief in the power of mentorship, are experienced leaders in people management, operations and finance, are budget builders, and who work well with the freedom, authority and autonomy to activate ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Location: Anchorage, Alaska. Hybrid work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salary Range: $84,000 – $103,000, DOE plus generous PTO, flexible work schedules and a workplace that is compassionate for families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
