SUMMARY: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Ensuring effective and efficient operations of the Joy Child Development Center, which provides quality education and\/or child care services for the local community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n REPORT TO:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The executive Director reports to the JCDC Board of Directors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n WAGES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Hourly or salary based position dependent upon on education, experience, and maintenance of credentials and up to date annual training requirements, and job performance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n HOURS: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Scheduling depends on monthly enrollment, daily attendance, and staffing analysis. Work week includes Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:30am and 6:30pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n GENERAL BACKGROUND:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The general nature and scope of this position is to provide supervision and direction of the Joy Child Development Center. Incumbent is given broad guidelines to meet guidelines to meet objectives. Policy is established by the JCDC Board. The level of activity is high with the number of children, parents and employees involved.
