The documents outline Alaska\u2019s spending strategies and timelines across four categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improve affordability &amp; subsidy program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase access to licensed care<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase supports for quality improvement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infrastructure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/health.alaska.gov\/dpa\/Documents\/dpa\/programs\/ccare\/Documents\/Broadcasts\/Spending-Plan-Update-20230410.pdf\"> <strong>Spending Plan: Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act &amp; American Rescue Plan Act of 2021<\/strong><\/a> is an overview of the spending categories and potential strategies. The <strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/health.alaska.gov\/dpa\/Documents\/dpa\/programs\/ccare\/Documents\/Broadcasts\/COVID-Relief-Timeline-20230410.pdf\">Alaska COVID-19 Relief Funds \u2013 Timeline as of April 2023<\/a> <\/strong>document identifies details about each funding stream including guidance and requirements. The <strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/health.alaska.gov\/dpa\/Documents\/dpa\/programs\/ccare\/Documents\/Broadcasts\/Coronavirus-Relief-Funds-Planning-Update-20230410.pdf\">Planning Update: Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act &amp; American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 <\/a><\/strong>document provides a preliminary view of obligations and spending thus far and projections for use of the remaining funds. The <strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.threadalaska.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Stabilizing-Child-Care-For-a-Thriving-Alaska-FINAL-03102023.pdf\">Child Care Stabilization Fast Facts<\/a> <\/strong>document gives and overview of how those funds impacted Child Care Providers in the State of Alaska since they were awarded to Alaska in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Phase 1 and Phase 2 Child Care Stabilization Grant Reports have been prepared by&nbsp;<strong>thread<\/strong><em>&nbsp;<\/em>and can be found on their website:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.threadalaska.org\/stabilizing-child-care-for-thriving-alaska\/\">Stabilizing Child Care for a Thriving Alaska<\/a>.
