Last year over 80,000 child care professionals (from all 50 states and U.S. territories) participated in this study, making it the largest study of child care professionals ever conducted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019re invited to participate in the current survey which is voluntary, confidential, and <strong>takes about 10 to 15 minutes.<\/strong> As appreciation for your participation in this survey, you will be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Eligible to win a $500 Visa card (they will randomly select 20 participants \u2014 they wish we had the funding to just pay everyone!)<\/li><li>Invited to optional information session(s) where the results will be shared.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-background\" href=\"https:\/\/yalesurvey.ca1.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_eFCGlpeoH0sVFI2\" style=\"background-color:#55722d\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Take the Survey<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Results of the first survey were used to shape policy recommendations to: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Help keep you and the children in your care safe,<\/li><li>Provide financial and other supports for child care programs and professionals, and<\/li><li>Make sure the voices of child care professionals were heard by policy makers.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can read more about last year\u2019s results <a
