For many families, the pandemic has introduced new challenges balancing the need to work, provide child care, supervise virtual schooling, as well as care for themselves and their children during uncertain times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the pandemic, Alaska’s child care programs have been open<\/strong>, providing safe and healthy care for the children of working families.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But these small businesses are struggling to keep their doors open.<\/strong>  Many programs are concerned about their future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
