The results of this survey will be used in a confidential manner to make recommendations for payment rates for subsidized child care in Alaska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-ebcd35dd-b7b3-456a-8b6a-5748f51fbfb9\">If you were invited to complete a survey, please complete your survey by <strong>Saturday, Dec. 7<\/strong>.
