Your honest answers will help us define various compensation models that will support you to continue the important work you do every day. The findings from this survey will help us define recommendations for a comprehensive early childhood educator wage compensation model for Alaska.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The survey is anonymous and your responses are completely confidential.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Please forward this email to any early childhood and school-age educator in the field who might have not received this email.<\/u> It is critical for us to be as inclusive as possible in this project to improve equity in compensation across the field. The goal is to find ways to promote better compensation for all.<\/p>\n<p>To help us gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts and opinions, we also invite you to participate in a follow-up interview or focus group. If you are interested, please submit your contact information at the end of the survey. Your contact information is never linked to your survey responses and your responses will remain anonymous.
