Alaska SEED and its partners have developed two career ladders for early childhood\/school-age professionals and early intervention\/infant learning program professionals. First, join the Alaska SEED Registry<\/a> to determine your placement on the appropriate ladder. You can track your progress along the Alaska SEED Career Ladder by updating your Alaska SEED Registry<\/a> account whenever you complete professional development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Early Childhood (EC) and School-age (SA)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This career ladder is for professionals working in child care facilities, including military and tribal child care; school district pre-K and elementary school classrooms (K-3); Head Start\/Early Head Start programs, school-age only programs; in-home visiting; or Early Childhood degree-seeking students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
