So when an early childhood education program voluntarily enrolls itself in&nbsp;<strong>Learn &amp; Grow<\/strong>, it receives support to participate in the required continuous quality improvement activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supports include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop program and classroom plans designed to support a programs quality improvement goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training and technical assistance for classroom teachers to create healthy, safe, child directed, and engaging learning environments to support children\u2019s development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training and technical assistance for administrators to support program management &amp; culture and business practices designed to retain and recruit staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide financial awards to support professional development, purchase of materials and\/or equipment, or other quality expenses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketing and communication materials to promote program and communicate with families and communities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-learngrow-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-337acbb878dc10e194de47f071eb478b\">How Does it Work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Learn &amp; Grow recognizes&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.threadalaska.org\/learn-and-grow\/for-educators\/framework\">five levels of quality<\/a>&nbsp;in early childhood education programs. Each level consists of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.threadalaska.org\/learn-and-grow\/for-educators\/framework\">four quality domains<\/a>, all of which have a unique set of standards and required activities. The focus of these activities includes positive teacher-child interactions, proper use of research-based curriculum and child assessments, increasing teacher education, and creating nurturing learning environments.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.threadalaska.org\/learn-and-grow\/for-educators\/framework\">Learn more about the framework of Learn &amp; Grow.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Early childhood education programs must complete all of the quality requirements of a given level to achieve the level recognition.
