Designed to streamline access to&nbsp;<strong>thread\u2019s<\/strong> services, the ServicePortal serves as a centralized hub for our customers. It integrates services provided by the statewide systems managed by <strong>thread<\/strong>, including the Alaska SEED Registry, and training offered by <strong>thread<\/strong>. Learn and Grow functionalities are not yet available but will be rolled out in the future.<br><br>With the closure of the Alaska SEED portal in November 2022, customers can now conveniently apply for and renew their Alaska SEED Registry membership directly through the ServicePortal. Featuring an enhanced user experience and intuitive navigation, the ServicePortal enables users to effortlessly update information, upload education and training documents with their Alaska SEED Registry application and register for <strong>thread<\/strong> training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Features and Benefits<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As of May 2024, clients can enjoy the following benefits through the ServicePortal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Register for <strong>thread<\/strong> training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancel a training session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>See what training sessions you are waitlisted for.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Register your staff for training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Join the Alaska SEED Registry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renew your Alaska SEED registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to download and print copies of Alaska SEED Career Ladder certificates and <strong>thread<\/strong> training certificates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit your employment history.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit your contact information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opt in or out of text and email communications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Getting Started<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have maintained an active Alaska SEED Registry within the past four years, keep an eye out for an email from <strong>thread<\/strong> or <a href=\"mailto:threadsalesforce@threadalaska.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>threadsalesforce@threadalaska.org<\/em><\/a> with the subject line \u201cWelcome to the ServicePortal.\u201d This email will contain a welcome message along with a link to initiate your account setup. Your username will typically match your email address, with &#8220;<strong>.thread<\/strong>&#8221; added to the end (e.g., <em>testuser@gmail.com.thread<\/em>).<br><br>New members can begin their journey by visiting the ServicePortal Registration Page and selecting \u201cNot a member?\u201d below the login button. Complete the registration form, agree to the Terms &amp; Conditions, and click Register to create your account.
