{"id":5523,"date":"2021-08-03T17:42:52","date_gmt":"2021-08-04T01:42:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.threadalaska.org\/learn-and-grow\/blog\/child-care-program-office-broadcast-forms"},"modified":"2021-08-03T17:42:52","modified_gmt":"2021-08-04T01:42:52","slug":"child-care-program-office-broadcast-forms","status":"publish","type":"learn-and-grow-blog","link":"https:\/\/www.threadalaska.org\/learn-and-grow\/blog\/child-care-program-office-broadcast-forms","title":{"rendered":"Child Care Program Office Broadcast: Child Care Assistance Program &amp; Grant Program Stand-Alone Forms"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>The following broadcast was released by the Alaska Child Care Program Office on Aug. 3, 2021<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/dhss.alaska.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Child Care Program Office <\/a>(CCPO) has revised the stand-alone CC14 Child Care Grant (<em>CCG) Attendance Report<\/em> form and instructions.&nbsp; The reason for these changes is that children in Office of Children\u2019s Services (OCS) protective services are now authorized and issued Child Care Assistance benefits in the State\u2019s Child Care Assistance Program system under the PASS category PASS IV.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When completing the CC14 <em>CCG Attendance Report<\/em> form, child care providers will no longer identify the child as \u201cO\u201d under Authorization Type. Instead, all children receiving PASS I, II, III, and IV Child Care Assistance will be identified as \u201cC\u201d for CCAP authorization.&nbsp;Children under the PASS IV category must also be included on the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) CC78 <em>Request for Payment<\/em> form and CCAP CC79 <em>Amended Request for Payment<\/em> form. When completing the CC78 or CC79 the child\u2019s name is to be listed as both the parent and child\u2019s name for PASS IV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the current unavailability of the CCPO\u2019s website, the forms, instructions, and recorded instructional video are not accessible.
