In May 2024, thread launched the ServicePortal to enhance access to our services and serve as a centralized hub for our customers. This platform integrates services managed by thread, including the Alaska SEED Registry and training opportunities. We’re thrilled to announce that we will roll out new features quarterly, starting October 1!
Upcoming Features
Here’s what you can look forward to:
- Access to Historical SEED Registry Applications: Easily view past applications.
- Admin Access for Staff: Your staff’s SEED registry details.
- Historical Training Records: Access previous training and credential applications.
- Non-thread Training History: View your training from other providers submitted to thread.
- Request Technical Assistance: Early educators can request support directly through their ServicePortal account.
- Comprehensive SEED Transcript: Get a combined transcript of both thread and non-thread trainings, approved by NWRA.
- Reimbursement Requests: Request reimbursements and track your history within the ServicePortal.
- Learn & Grow Section: Monitor your program’s plans and activities.
To help you make the most of these new features, we will host training sessions in September, October, and December. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at threadsalesforce@threadalaska.org.
