About Us

Learning doesn't start at kindergarten, it begins at birth. That is why programs that provide early care and education services play such an important role in the growth and development of young children. In addition to helping ensure that children arrive at school ready to succeed, early care and education programs enable parents to meet the financial needs of their families and businesses to attract and retain a high quality workforce. thread is a statewide network of professionals who work individually with families and early educators to ensure that they are knowledgeable and supported in guiding children to lifelong success.

Copies of thread governing documents, conflict of interest policies and audited financial statements are available upon request.
