Preparing Playful Learning Environments for Infants and Toddlers

Children between the ages of birth one and three have a very unique way at looking at their surroundings.  They are scaffolding their knowledge about the world around them, testing hypothesis, developing an understanding of social structures, building their vocabularies as well as body awareness and self-confidence.  What is your role in preparing, facilitating and documenting this environment? Join us as we explore age appropriate materials, research based classroom design, shelving and storage challenges and professional responsibilities for parent communication.  Participants will receive 5 hours of training, lunch, and incentive materials for attending the training.
