Growing Up Wild

Join Alaska Department of Fish and Game facilitator Sarah DeGenarro for the Growing Up WILD workshop, “Animal Adaptations”. Sarah will demonstrate some of the many age appropriate, NAEYC and Head Start approved activities from the Growing Up WILD curriculum guide to help you answer questions like, ‘What is an adaptation?, How can we tell where animals live by their tracks and what do animals have to do to survive the winter? This is a fun and engaging workshop where you’ll also learn about the many resources available to you through Fish and Game, that add depth and dimension to your lessons.
